This isn’t about being perfect. This is about making mistakes, investing in those mistakes, and immersing yourself in a context of self-development and learning that goes beyond your diet.
When you practice, you improve. When you improve, you identify more and more with your new abilities. You gain confidence. With confidence, you’re willing to go deeper and apply more of yourself, which accelerates learning.
Over time, your relationship with food transforms. Your new eating habits and food choices become automatic. Weight loss occurs naturally, without even thinking about it.
2. I’m a world class coach. Consider me a very shiny mirror. As your coach, my role is to reflect back your greatness. My role is to make a powerful stand for your greatness, and I relate to you only as your essence, which is perfect. I don’t relate to you as your stories. Your stories are your fears, vulnerabilities, insecurities, childhood conditioning, self-defenses and survival mechanisms that keep you from living your dream life.
